How to Get Started

Download the APK

Tap the download button above. If your phone warns you about installing from unknown sources, tap Allow — this is your official LGU app.

Install & Open

Find "LGU Santo Tomas" in your app drawer and tap it. Accept the Terms & Data Privacy Notice.

Register Your Device

Enter your Employee ID number once. Confirm your identity, and your phone is bound to your account.

Enable location, tap any of the four attendance buttons, take a selfie, and you're done. Easy.

Why does my phone warn me before installing?
Because this app is distributed directly by the LGU and not through the Google Play Store, Android shows a safety warning. Tap Allow or Settings → Allow from this source. The APK is signed and verified.
Can I install the app on more than one phone?
No — one employee can only be bound to one phone at a time. This is a security feature to prevent attendance fraud. If you change phones, visit the Admin Office so HR can authorize the new device.
Why does the app require a selfie and location?
The selfie proves that the person recording attendance is actually you (prevents buddy-punching). Location ensures you are physically inside the office or an approved check-in location. Both are required by the LGU's attendance policy.
I forgot to time out. What should I do?
Just tap the button you missed — the app allows recording attendance in any order. If it's already the next day, coordinate with HR to correct the record manually.
I'm going on official travel. Do I still need to clock in?
Yes, but you can clock in from anywhere on the days covered by your approved travel order — the 30-meter geofence is bypassed. Request the travel order from the HR Office before you depart.
The app says "No location configured" — what now?
Your office has not yet been added to the app's location list. Contact the Admin Office or IT Team so they can set the GPS coordinates for your office in the admin dashboard.
How do I see my attendance history?
Tap the "View My Attendance" button at the bottom of the home screen. You'll see a calendar view with holidays highlighted in yellow and travel orders in blue. Tap any day to see the exact times.
